Who We Are

As a full service commercial real estate company, Brookside Properties offers third-party property management and brokerage services for commercial and multifamily assets. Brookside’s investment sales team offers over 25 of experience in the sale of Commercial and Multifamily properties. Brookside offers its full range of brokerage and management services in the 12 states in which it is licensed. Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, N. Carolina, S. Carolina and Tennessee.

The multifamily brokerage team has experience in the marketing and sale for a range of residential assets including Affordable, Conventional, and Senior Housing. In addition, the brokerage team offers experience in land redevelopment for multifamily use.

FRED RIPLEY, VP OF INVESTMENT SALES

Fred Ripley, Vice President, has more than twenty-five  years experience in commercial real estate.  During this  time, he has  sold over 14,000 units of multi-family properties located in the southeastern United States. Prior to Brookside Properties, Fred was a broker for the Nashville Insignia/ESG office where he was involved in the sale and acquisition of apartment communities. In addition, he has leased over 56,000 square feet of office space in Nashville and surrounding cities in the southeast as a tenant representative broker. He also has experience as a commercial appraiser and commercial loan analyst. Fred has been an associate member of ULI Nashville since 2019.

MIKE SULLIVAN

Mike Sullivan has over ten years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently Mike worked as Director of Acquisitions for Bolt Storage. During his time with Bolt mike personally sourced over $27M in purchases nationwide totalling 400,000 sq ft and 2,900 rental units. Mike helped grow bolt storage from 7 facilities in 2 states to 59 facilities across 11 states. Mike has been an associate member of ULI Nashville since 2023.
